As an option:
1) For all clients, create a personalized link with GET parameters: site.ru?name=Ivanov+Ivan&phone=9999999 and with all other necessary parameters (the programmer can do this quite simply by looping through the selection from CRM)
2) Send out an e-mail newsletter with a transition to the site via personalized links (easily done using mailchimp, for example)
3) After clicking on the link, we take the data from the GET parameters and, using user variables, pass it to GA ( https://developers.google .com/analytics/devguides/...
Data seems to last for 2 years this way, unless the GA tracking code is changed.
