How to run Manjaro from grub console?

I'm trying to put it on a tablet, I booted from a bootable USB flash drive without problems using bootia32.efi, everything was fine, but 32-bit grub efi is not installed in any (and the piece of iron can only boot from 32-bit efi), I try to boot from the grub console - not in which one doesn’t work, then kernel panic, then something else ...
