How to run Makefile under Windows?

Good afternoon,
Sometimes you have to work under win + gitbash + conemu.
Some projects (mainly php, js) are conveniently launched or tested with one command via make.
I don’t want to use a virtual machine (vagrant) for the sake of mere make, it’s easier to manually copy the command or make an alias in bashrc.
Are there alternatives for Windows that understand Makefile ?
