How to run GTA VICE CITY from a clumsy modder?

I wanted to go through the old woman vice city, but not simple, but with a bunch of mods. Assembly from DanyaDesu. Downloaded, in fact just a folder with the game, does not require installation. When you try to start, nothing happens, but in the manager, the process devours processor resources. Trying to run in compatibility mode ends with error 0xc0000005. The number of zeros is approx. On a 32-bit system, run. As far as I remember, 0xc0000005 is an error in emulating 32-bit mode in a 64-bit system, as a crooked update came out and they were displayed for all 32-bit applications.
