How to run .exe file made with turbo pascal on windows 7?

There is a file made through turbo pascal (Compilation > Build). After successful compilation, I run it, and I get the following error . I have a 64 bit system.

In DosBox, or a VM with Windows 3.x/9k/2000/XP, or rent a VPS with Windows Server 2003 x86, where else to find such a VPS, it's better to switch to something normal, at least Delphi or Lazarus, at worst case of FPC, and that is better than TP.
