How to run Create React App under Windows 10?

Hello!
I'm trying to set up an environment for learning React.
Set up Homestead.
Launched Create React App inside it.
First, I specified a directory that is not in Homestead.yaml. The directory was created, but I did not find it on my computer. Inside the virtual machine, I can walk on it, I see files, but outside of it they are not visible. But that's not the biggest problem.
Specified a directory that is in Homestead.yaml. All files that have fallen into the directory, I see, I can change them.
But nothing is displayed at localhost:3000 (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED).
Index.html is displayed at 192.168.10.10/public, which honestly says that if you open it directly in the browser, you will not see anything.
How to make localhost:3000 work?
