How to run computer case cooler from 12v adapter?

Unable to start the cooler from the adapter. What am I doing wrong?
There is a cooler: new out of the box Zalman ZM-F2 Plus (3 pin)
12V, 0.11A | Wires: black / gray / white There is an adapter: new from the
box Ecola 24W 12V
Output: 12V, 2A I
connect:
black wire of the adapter to the black cooler
red wire of the adapter to the gray (central) cooler
and then immediately stops.
What's wrong ?

There are not many options, either the cooler is dead, or the power supply, it’s worth starting with another power supply, because. ecola brand is the bottom.
And about "does not see" this is nonsense, 2 amperes is the maximum current that the adapter can theoretically give out without dying from overload, it should power any device with a consumption below the maximum without problems.

The adapter is designed for 2A, for powerful devices. Your cooler needs around 0.1A, which is why the adapter "does not see" the load. Find another adapter or a more powerful cooler.

You need to measure the voltage across the block. Either it is immediately cut down, or red is not a plus (this also happens). Well, either the cooler was at least once connected incorrectly and died.
