How to run Chrome extensions not from the WebStore store?

I have several of my extensions in my browser that I installed in unpacked form.
And everything would be fine, but every time you start the browser, a window pops up

And from time to time I still disable extensions by accidentally pressing the "Disable" button.
I would throw them in the WebStore, but I don’t really want to pay money for this.
