How to run applications from "administrator" to domain admin in Win2016?

I am a domain admin. I rarely go under the account, but sometimes I need to.
Periodically, you need to run applications as an administrator (probably local) to gain full control.
For example, TotalCommander should calculate the size of folders with user profiles. Domain admin rights are not enough, you need to run "on behalf of ..."
How can I make sure that a certain domain account always has the rights of this local admin? It is not the best option to prescribe properties for labels.

UAC works. If it is enabled, then even the admin must confirm that he is who he is. If you do not need this security setting, then disable it completely.

When you add a computer to a domain, the "Domain Admin" is automatically added to the computer's "Administrators" group.
If this is not enough, add your account to the required groups.
