How to run app on iPhone?

I must say right away that I am not an iOS developer. I just made a web application, which is done with some magic in an ios / android application.
I made a web application using this framework .
It turned out to run in the emulator (though I don’t know how, because it only took to update xcode and enter a couple of lines on the command line) and there was no limit to my happiness.
Now I'm trying to figure out how this application can be run on your iOS device
Available:
1) registered developer account (without paying $ 100, just registered)
2) macbook 13th year
3) iPhone 5 (not even S)
4) A bunch of incomprehensible merged files

How can I now mold all this into one ready-made working application for iPhone (not for an appstore, but for now only on my phone)
