Why is the data not loading in the published app?

Hello.
Made a small hybrid application on ionicframework.
For example, there is a currency converter service.
Data on the exchange rate from the central bank today are taken through a get request from the official website of the central bank.
When I test the application, everything works fine. All data is loaded.
I published the application on the play market and the data is not loaded - (What could be the reason. Who had experience in developing hybrid applications, please help.

The problem was solved by installing the plugin https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-whitelist

The problem is only in the architecture: when access goes through another protocol, the data may not be loaded. See the set policies in the configuration file and access!
