How to run Android Studio 3.2 emulator on AMD 12 HP Win 10 Pro?

Help! I have not been able to even launch HelloWorld for a month now.
Tried a bunch of guides - still errors.
At first I suffered with Cyrillic for the sdk, .android, .grade, .android3.1 folders.
It seems that he endured everything - now they don’t swear.
Then problems with Hyper-V.
It seems to have worked by disabling Windows -> Hyper-V -> Hyper-V Platform -> Hyper-V Low-Level Shell (uncheck).
NOW I JUST WAS TORTURED, reinstalled and rebooted, for a week now I can’t break through:
--------------------------------- -------------------------------
error x86 emulation
currently requires hardware acceleration process finished with exit code 1
------ -------------------------------------------------- --------
Please tell me where to go. Everything seems to be rummaged and nothing.
Somewhere they write that you still need to install Intel® HAXM with AMD, but this did not help me.
I tried to install Android Studio Beta 3.2 RC3 - the same error.
They write here that there should be no problems, but nothing works for me.
The ARM option will certainly work, but it slows down a lot.
Tell me how people generally put on such a laptop:
1. AMD processor, Russian Win 10 Pro;
2. Russian ways to conf. files.
3. Android Emulator with virtualization (not ARM)
4. Android Studio 3.2. After installation, it is desirable to start from the User's account.
Thank you very much in advance! :)

@buzz91

I put the question in the Toaster and immediately found a solution ! :)
Why is it not written anywhere that you need to activate 2 things:
1. "Windows Hypervisor Platform" (hypolevel shell platform)
2. "Hyper-V".
It's not the same! Moreover, the Windows Hypervisor Platform in the Russian version of Win 10 is called the "visual-level shell platform".
