How to run an app on OS X with admin rights?

Installed on Mac GitHub Decktop.
In order to add a commit, or make any requests in the terminal, I entered sudo (which gave me administrator rights)
Now the application, when trying to change something, simply displays the error "Permission denied", How to solve this problem?

  • In terminal "sudo open -a YourApplication.app"
  • In Finder -> Applications -> YourApplication -> context menu - Show Package Contents -> Contents -> MacOS - there is a binary, you can run it in a terminal with sudo rights
