How to run an app as admin downloaded from MS Store?

I downloaded the application from the new explorer interfaces from Windows X, but in order to fully use it, I need access to system folders and hidden folders. How to give the application administrator rights?
Went to the root folder. There are a lot of files from this MS Store, and the exe that is there does not start

Try pinning it to the home screen, and then right-clicking on the shortcut.
