Hey!
1) the easiest way, which I personally would do right away: write a request to the hoster or restore from their backup or from yours. Any normal hoster does it for free and quickly. He will find the reason, look at the server logs and understand what is missing there: a php error, a database error, etc.
2) If the hoster is so-so or you want to get confused yourself, then look at the server logs yourself.
First of all, note that wordpress often displays logs just in the root of the site in the error_log file
and start from there.
If not, then you will have to look, because each hoster organizes logging in its own way.
Most often, this is a folder above the level of the current site, such as /logs, and all logs from all sites are piled up there, look not for access (these are access logs, but error - logs for site errors).
Sometimes it is located in the hosting admin panel, also look for a link to the logs, this is often done in isp.
If you can't find it, ask the host.
After the logs are received, you will understand what the error is and can deal with it.
