Bought a proxy.

The bot sends a request FROM the site to telegram through a proxy. OK!

The bot DOES NOT send a request from telegram to the site, to the installed webhook.

That is, when I write a message to the bot, it does not knock on the site for information at all. What is the reason? There is HTTPS, everything is ok. Yes, it worked before.
