How to run a program written in xcode on an iphone?

Hi all.
I wrote a simple program, I want to run it on an iphone (not a simulator), I bought a developer account from apple for $ 99. I connected the phone to the Member center. But even the program refuses to run. Heard about some profiles and certificates. Please help, thanks in advance!

In a nutshell, you need to create a certificate request on the Mac where development is underway, upload it to the portal, create a certificate there, upload it back to the computer.
