How to run a local server on Django, error: does not support HTTPS?

Django

New to web programming.
Installed for the second project of the program. As a result, the first project does not start on the local server, writes HTTPS is not supported. Both projects are in their virtual environment, in the first project there is not a word about HTTPS, it was launched earlier.

in the browser . Correction: I noticed that this error is only in Opera, in Firefox the site works. The problem has ceased to be a matter of life and death, but I still want to figure it out. Addendum #3: When you try to run the second project again this error. And again the first project does not start. The feeling that the second project rewrites the browser settings.
