How to run a forum under Discourse?

Hello!
There was a task to create a small forum (there will be about 20 active users) and, after two days of searching, I opted for a free CMS for Discourse forums. A couple of links to it will be below.
It has all the functions that are necessary for my small community, but I definitely do not understand site building, the technologies used, even at the very surface level.
Questions: firstly, did I understand correctly that CMS discourse can only be installed on a Linux server? Secondly, let's say I bought a small virtual server and installed an engine on it, and separately I have a purchased website address: how can I combine the address I bought and this server? How it's done?
I will add that I work at Hostinger, the domain and server will be there.
Just in case, I’ll ask in addition: maybe there are hostings known to you that, after purchasing the services, allow you to install Discourse in automatic mode?
Website of the engine: www.discourse.org
How the authors recommend installing it on the server: https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master...
Thank you!
