How to run a build so that Webpack returns control to the command line?

Webpack has compiled a build and does not give control to the command line.
If you exit it (Ctrl + C), then the build stops working.
How to run the build so that Webpack returns control to the command line and the bundle remains working?
Maybe some parameter needs to be added to the command?
