How to setup imagemin-webp-webpack-plugin?

Good afternoon.
Help solve the problem, it consists in the fact that it takes imagemin-webp-webpack-plugintoo long to process pictures and with each change it does it again. We have to wait from 57s to 64s in order to see the changes.
Is there anyone who has faced this problem?
