How to run a 32 bit application from under 64 bit wine?

There is a problem and it seems to me that someone definitely needs to know how to fix it. There is a 32-bit application and OS Catalina, but there is no support and all that.
But maybe you can somehow run wine64 and inside it is already a 32-bit application? Or is a rollback inevitable?

wine64 will not run a wine32 application unless you specify the architecture when building wine itself (and even that may not work - it's not Windows after all)
