I don’t understand how to run gigabit between Mikrotik and a laptop?
In the interfaces of the router, there are ticks at all the necessary speeds. Auto negotiation was set on the network card of the laptop, manually rearranged to gigabit - it did not help.
The crimping of the patch cord is standard, correct, I checked it with a tester - all the cores work.

In laptops, as a rule, the port becomes loose and the connection does not go through all the veins. Try pressing the patch cord tighter with your hands.
