How to rotate the mouse cursor in the other direction?

Interested in both Windows and MAC. It is difficult for a person to perceive the mouse, he wants to work with his left hand, and the standard mouse cursor looks "in the wrong direction" for him when he does it. I tried to work for several days - it does not work, some kind of psychology. In Windows, the working point of the mouse canvas is the upper left corner, I can’t imagine how it can be programmatically otherwise, isn’t it wired in a yard? Has anyone faced a similar issue?
