I have a Highcreen Zera S phone and it has a cracked screen after being dropped. The screen is not working. How can I reset my phone to factory settings via PC?

When auto-connecting your phone to the Internet, use https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
If there is no Internet, nothing will work.
