How to roll back from Windows 11 to Windows 10 if there is no Windows.old folder?

I want to roll back from Windows 11 to Windows 10 after a month of use. The Windows.old folder is no longer there, reinstalling the system is also not an option. How to roll back without a full reinstall?

There are no folders, then no how, only a complete reinstallation.
