How to roll back a site on Joomla?

Hello. I made a lot of mistakes by deleting scripts and so on ..... I went to the search engine for help, which gives out various programs "akiba backup" and something else ..... Tell me how to do this simply from the admin panel? What parameter should be changed in configuration.php?
PS - I work in Denver

if you deleted the files, download Joomla again (or modules / components, depending on what you have) and re-upload over.

if the site is hosted - look towards automatic file backups from the host. If the hosting makes auto-backups for you - it is possible to restore the site from any number
