How to revert to an old version of a WordPress page?

In general, during the week I made the site. Now I added a new block to the bottom of the page - updated - all the blocks disappeared. In the Revisions section: 3 View, only for the 19th. Is it possible somehow to find a fresh edition? Or in some other way to restore what I did at least yesterday

If you don't have a backup copy, then you should ask the hosting support. Many hosting providers make daily backups and then it will be possible to restore the state to the day when everything worked correctly.
