How to return to Information Security?

Good afternoon!
I'm not sure that the question fits here, but it doesn't break the rules (it seems).
I ask for advice.
At the moment I am in a strange situation: after working in network administration and security (to be honest, it's a stretch to call security work), I have been working for more than a year in a non-specialty field in the transport sector in Poland, while simultaneously completing a master's degree in international finance . I have an unfinished bachelor's degree in security, but I have a bachelor's degree in finance (yes, I know this is completely off topic - there was no other place to enter at that time). I really want to go back to "specialty", but I don't know where to start.
Skills - well versed in pentesting, building and administering networks, intercepting traffic, administering Linux and Windows, viruses, firewall encryption, access rights differentiation and the like. I can write simple programs in C++ and Python, and I am slowly getting ready for CCNA R&S and CCNA Security certifications. I am fluent in English, Polish and Russian, more poorly in German, Chinese and Spanish (crookedly in emails or verbally agree). I learn almost everything very quickly.
Citizenship - not the EU (and not the Russian Federation), age - 22 years.
I don’t hide the name, I don’t see the point, the nickname is the same everywhere. I do not consider myself a specialist, but I really strive to become one, I study almost around the clock now.
I also like to make various tools on Raspberry, now I am working on creating fingerprint access and bust recognition (not just face) for access to the house.
Let me explain right away - I am financially very limited, there is nowhere to return, and there is nowhere to wait for help either. ZP - 750 dollars, of which I save everything I can, most of it goes to housing.
I realize this may not be the right question, but I really want to go back to working in my field, but I really don't know where to start. Can you advise something? I will be sincerely grateful.

but I don't know where to start.

Probably with who you generally see yourself. Freelance artist, employee, founder of his own business, etc. Information security is a very broad specialty, it has many sub-specializations, just like, for example, in administration.
