How to return the icons of running applications to the tray without restarting them in Windows 7?

Some applications (according to their settings) are displayed only in the tray, and are hidden on the taskbar.

So, after restarting explorer.exe, most of these icons disappeared. Restarting explorer.exe does nothing. At the same time, the applications themselves continue to work (hang running in memory), it's just that now there is no access to them. How to return their icons to the tray? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Of course, one could restart the computer, or the applications themselves, or use special utilities like Process Explorer that can bring the process window to the foreground, but this is such a solution. I wonder exactly how to fix this bug without restarting the PC and without restarting the corresponding applications.

It's a bug in the apps themselves. More precisely, the implementations in them are tray. She is crooked. They don't recreate the icons, but according to the documentation they should. All questions to the software, which works crookedly.
