How to return the frame when printing text?

I am new to Photoshop, I edited an image in the text and clicked something and now when I print the text there is no frame and a blinking arrow, the one that shows where the cursor is now in the text.

This is what my text looks like

Found a simple solution to this problem. Just reinstalled Photoshop. I thought that this problem can be solved somehow differently
