How to return system root owner by pattern on ubuntu server?

Good afternoon colleagues, on Monday morning I didn’t wake up yet when they asked me to change the owner of the folder on one of the web servers, I didn’t think for a long time I typed chown -R www-data:user /.
but it was necessary ./ of course the system assigned the owners to the root and not to the folder, now the question itself is how to return all the rights of the system owners? there is physical access to the server!

yes, rpm has a key that allows you to restore rights according to data in the rpm database

I used find to search for and fix permissions by pattern once, is it possible to do the same but change the owner?
