How to return normal notifications in Chrome not through the Windows Action Center?

Good afternoon,
after the last update, Chrome started showing notifications through the Windows Notification Center.
This terrible horror. Notifications are duplicated every other time, do not disappear, and most importantly, there is no link when clicked.
Can anyone come across how to return "as it was"? Or at least fix the transition on the links.
Chrome settings are empty. Windows settings are completely empty.
