I live in Crimea and work as a freelancer. I always received money on Yandex money.
The wallet was tied to the Ukrainian operator MTS. But this week, the Ukrainian MTS was turned off. Then he again earned but already as in roaming. I decided to change the binding to a Russian phone. But SMS for confirmation stopped coming to the phone. And I can’t withdraw money because SMS with a confirmation code does not come. I wrote to the support service, they replied that there was a problem and they could not receive SMS in roaming. That's all. I have already written 10 letters to them saying when I see my money. Nobody is answering.
What should I do?
