How to return (get) the ip of the resource in zabbix and compare it with the ip list?

We monitor the domain, if it returns 200 (everything is ok), then we get ip and compare it with the list, if it matches, then everything is ok. if not, send a message to the email.
is it possible to do web monitoring? there you can check the performance, but in the Post line, I have no idea whether it is possible to get ip and compare. (In the description, it only considers getting text from pages and logon)
if it’s different, what templates to use and what parameters.
There are no zabix agents on the monitored sites (the machines where they are located).
You need a normal article with an example or a brief description of the actions but with commands (keys, etc.)

Web monitoring cannot be done. At least in current versions of Zabbix.
You can write an externalscript on the zabbix server that would periodically pull Zabbix, get the value and compare the ip with what you need there and save the status of this operation in some item.
