How to close an issue in Zabbix?
If an event of the "Unavailable by ICMP ping" type is generated in Zabbix due to the absence of a ping from the device device, then what should I do if the device is disconnected for a long time?
The fact is that in the "Unavailable by ICMP ping" event, the "Close problem" checkbox is not active for some reason, and for some reason I did not find a way to make it active.

In order for the checkbox to become active, you must enable it in the template in which your trigger is defined.
And in order to avoid problems for a long-term disconnected device, there is a Maintenance setting in Zabbix (Maintenance, it seems). There you can specify the shutdown period and the host(s) for which the timeout is configured.
The checkbox in the template settings "Allow closing manually" is unavailable for some reason
