The problem arises in the fact that the store, referring to its rules (which clearly state that the burden of customs duties lies with the buyer, with which I generally consciously agreed when buying), refuses to compensate for the paid customs duty. Maybe someone has come across similar situations and knows how to return the paid customs duty in case of return of goods?
I know that in the USA you can do this if the product was not used in the USA and I once used it, but for Russia something like this cannot be found.
