How to return customs duty in Russia when returning goods?

Good afternoon,
The following question arose: I ordered goods in an online store, the cost of which exceeds the customs limit, as a result of which I had to pay customs duty. After receiving the goods, it turned out that, through the fault of the store, it did not correspond to the declared characteristics, and because. If the correct product is not in stock in the store, I am forced to initiate a return procedure. The problem arises in the fact that the store, referring to its rules (which clearly state that the burden of customs duties lies with the buyer, with which I generally consciously agreed when buying), refuses to compensate for the paid customs duty. Those. in fact, it turns out that I paid the duty for a product that de facto I do not have. Maybe someone has come across similar situations and knows how to return the paid customs duty in case of return of goods?
I know that in the USA you can do this if the product was not used in the USA and I once used it, but for Russia something like this cannot be found.

If you received the goods in your hands (documented receipt), then this is already a Commit of a specific delivery procedure.
If you need to return for warranty obligations through delivery to the store after you have received the goods, then this is a separate procedure with all costs.
