How to return content after resize and jquery manipulation?

When opening the Desktop Version of the site there is a menu, when resizing to smaller devices, a burger menu appears (the "A" tag becomes display:none), if the menu is opened and closed, then when resizing to the desktop version, the "a" tag remains - display:none
