What to learn first?

Such a question has matured, I know CSS relatively well (there are gaps, but I google a lot of what I don’t know), what should I learn less or bootstrap first? I want to master these two technologies, so to speak.

It is possible at the same time - parse the bootstrap sources written in less:

If you know CSS, then you can deal with the LESS syntax very quickly, there is nothing complicated.
Start with simple components like breadcrumbs.less , badges.less , buttons.less , ... and only then move on to complex ones like grid.less and forms.less .
