How to return all memory to a flash drive after Linux?

Roll on a 64GB flash drive the image of Kali, played around and decided to demolish it from the flash drive.
I formatted the flash drive and got the output that its memory is 3 GB. Also now, when I connect this flash drive, I see not one device, but two
. How can I return all the memory to it?

@Winsik

run diskpart
do list diskit, find a flash drive among the disks,
do the command select disk 3, instead of 3, the number of your flash drive
and lastly
, you can exit and format it in Windows for the entire volume or here:
assign

Use any partition editor, delete all partitions on the flash drive and create one big one.

Format with Rufus. Rufus demolishes everything that was there.

computer management and there is something related to disks, like "disks and volumes"
you find a flash drive, format it and re-add it with the right button as a volume
