How to return a painting to the product catalog?

in the product catalog, some products that do not have an image take the picture of the top product.
But if you go to the product detail page, it says "no product image"

what could be wrong?

If you are using the regular Bitrix component, then most likely you have some kind of problem with the template. For example, you use a variable with a picture that is not reset after each step in the iteration of the $arResult['ITEMS'] array. Therefore, the value is not overridden, but the previous one is used.
