A virtual server has been raised and a site has been restored on it from a bitrix backup, but it is redirected to a combat site.
How and where to disable redirects. Please help those in the know!

1) Clear cache. In 90% of cases this solves the problem.
If access to the admin panel does not work, delete the contents of the /bitrix/managed_cache/, /bitrix/cache/ and /bitrix/stack_cache/ folders manually.
2) Check the settings for proactive protection - if it is enabled on the production site.
