How to restrict students' use of mobile phones at school?
Good afternoon.
The other day I ran into an interesting question from a friend who works at a high school. Its essence is that cases of hooliganism using smartphones among students have recently become more frequent. For example, they take pictures in school showers and send photos to friends, which is why many children stop going to the shower at all after ficulture. Teachers are very concerned about this trend. Now holidays and I would like to find a solution before the start of the next school year.
So far, measures have been discussed, mainly of an administrative nature. As the most radical option, they thought about a complete ban on phones at school. Still, I would like to find a more elegant, and most importantly technical, solution.
Ladies and gentlemen, what are your thoughts?

You should think carefully about the question. Are you asking about a TECHNICAL solution that will prevent children from using phones AS PHOTO AND VIDEO CAMERAS?
Well, you can stick lenses, for example, and hang seals on stickers. Will it fit? :-)
From technical measures - to equip showers and toilets with fully insulated strong cabins, closed from the inside with reliable locks. But I think the school just won't go for it.
Here is only administrative:
It is technically elegantly solved by installing an MDM client on a smartphone and setting the appropriate policy to ban the camera (policy management from the MDM server). But this is clearly not for your case, it is better to buy adequate showers for children with this money.
