How to restrict SFTP access?

Rented VPS.
Installed ISP Manager.
Added User.

If you connect via FTP, it's not secure.
And if I connect via SFTP, then all files are available to the User, just like the root user.
How to limit Users access only directly to his folder with www-domains?

SFTP is an add-on over SSH, so you need to use system tools to restrict access - accounts, access rights (chmod, ACL), etc.
