How to make the SFTP plugin work in Siblime Text 3 after updating the Package Control to version 3?

Installed the PC update, as it is written in the Package Control Messages, I work on Windows 7 x64.
Error when saving file:
Connecting to FTP server "***" as "***" .. success
Validating remote folder "/" .. failure (Unknown Error)
