How to restrict incoming calls in Elastix?

I came across Elastix only very sideways, I set it up via the web add-on. internal number, and that's it. Given: in Elastix, a multi-channel virtual number is configured (Multiphone is Megaphone), calls go to three operators (I added the third one by analogy), as a 3CXPhone dialer. Now the task arose to configure so that one of the operators would never receive incoming calls, but outgoing calls would work. I googled. But very often there are manuals on how to limit exactly outgoing ones.

What is "for three operators"? If these are the operators of your queue (CC group), then you need to find this queue and remove these operators from there.
Open incoming routes (Incoming Route), find there your external number that your customers call, open its settings. At the very bottom, see where the calls are directed (Set Destination).
Most likely it will be Queue - look at its number. Open queues (Queue), select your queue, there will be a list with extension numbers. Remove your "one of the operators" from there.
Also, your inboxes can first get to the IVR (voice menu), and then go to the group. But the principle of searching for an incoming route should be clear to you.
If you need to ensure that no one can make a call at all, even by making a direct dial to the extension number of your "one operator", then you need to use the custom context module. Describe the installation process?
