How to restrict access to the site by ip?

I write these lines in .htaccess:

Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all
Allow from 178.75.37.125

I am writing my SP, but for some reason it blocks everything) and my SP including ((
gives a 403 error. forbiden and all that))
help me figure it out please :)
