How to restrict access to a WordPress page?

Hello! I have such a problem, there is a page, something like a landing page, i.e. there is little information and a subscription form (on MARKET) when a person fills out the form, he is redirected to the "Thank you page" there are words of gratitude and the necessary content is requested (file, video, etc.) the problem is that if one person gets to this page, he will receive a link to it and will be able to distribute it to other users who do not have to fill out a subscription form, and immediately they have ready-made content, I need it so that it is not possible to re-enter (or from another IP, for example) to go to the thank you page in order to her access was only after filling out the form and throwing it on her. How can this be done?
I searched a lot where, but there is no situation and answer specifically for such a situation. I would be very grateful, it burns a lot!
