How to restore zabbix with grafana?

People please help!
Centos 8 with zabbix 5.0.3 lts and grafana 8.1.3
fell off vmlinuz-4.18.0-80 and the system does not start.
at the moment, when starting, it gives out grub>
tried to restore the system through a USB flash drive, but it either does not find the directories, it is generally empty !!!!

Is there any way to restore zabix with grafana?
Or how can I remove them from the disk and put them on another one with all the configs
Or is it possible to get the configs neatly and put them on a new system !?

well, I somehow restored the graffiti, there most of the config is in one xml-e, if there is a full backup for at least six months, the main similar version, then just install the components and replace the xml.
I remember it was harder to find with zabbix, but almost everything is in muscle, so you need to dig towards the base dump
