How to restore Windows Store in Win10?

The Windows Store was cut by the author of the assembly. Can it be restored? Installing another assembly is not an option, this one suits me in every sense, but the store will be needed.

Firstly, Vasyansk assemblies are evil. You never know what the mad genius has done there.

I suspect that the assembly is based on LTSB, where there is no store initially.
If I were you, I would install the system from a clean 1809 image and not deal with such crap.
